The Yujiang Factory was established.

The Jian Factory was Established

Responsible for the research, development, and production of food ingredients such as sucralose and Haicui‑seaweed dietary fiber.

2011

Shenzhen Subsidiary Established

Located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, the Group’s sales headquarters and functional management center are supported by a highly professional management team.

2013

Establishment of the Thailand Subsidiary

The Thailand subsidiary was established to support the production of sucralose, isomalt, and other products. In particular, the new isomalt project commenced large-scale commercial production in 2025.

2014

The Xizang Factory was established.

Located in the Qinghai Gelmu Tibetan‑Qing Industrial Park, it is the Group’s largest glycine plant, primarily engaged in the production and sale of glycine.

Nanchang, China, the establishment of European subsidiaries

The China Nanchang company is responsible for the sales of glycine, while its European subsidiary provides DDP services across Europe and has established an overseas sales‑and‑storage network, thereby creating a global production, sales, and supply-chain system that serves Europe, the Americas, the Asia‑Pacific region, and beyond.

Establishment of the Indonesia Plant

The facility is located in West Java, Indonesia, and is primarily responsiblefor the production of glycine, curcumin, and other products.

Indonesian trading company established

Establish overseas sales and warehousing network forming a global production, sales and supply chain system serving Europe, the United States, asia-pacific and so on.

Thailand Factory Construction and Upgrade
