As a landmark strategic initiative of Newtrend Group after two decades rooted in Ji’an and realeconomy development, the LifeHealth Industrial Park represents the Group’s largest singleinvestment benchmark industrial project following its Hong Kong stock market listing. Covering a total area of 338.3 mu, the park will adopt advanced biomanufacturing technologies alongside intelligent and digital construction systems.Building on its wellestablished sucralose industrial foundation, Newtrend will pursue its”BigHealth Industry”strategy by focusing on tracks closely linked to public health: lowsugar & caloriecontrol products, gut health and natural nutrition. It will build a diversified, highquality fullchain industrial matrix for healthy food ingredients, transforming itself from a singleproduct manufacturer into a global solutionprovider platform for healthy food ingredients. The project is scheduled for phased completion and commissioning starting in 2027. Upon full operation of PhaseOne facilities, annual output will reach 40,000 tons of dietary fibre and prebiotics, plus 20,000 tons of functional sugar alcohols and starch sugars. Once operational, the industrial park will boost the Group’s production capacity and enrich its product portfolio. Leveraging its global R&D network and multibase manufacturing synergy, Newtrend is poised to strengthen its position within the global supply chain of functional food ingredients.

At the ceremony, Wang Xiaoqiang, Chairman of Newtrend Group, delivered a heartfelt address. He reflected on his decadeslong dedication to industry and realeconomy pursuits, as well as the Group’s twentyyear development journey in Ji’an. Leaders from the Administrative Committee of Jinggangshan Economic & Technological Development Zone spoke highly of the project. They affirmed its core driving role in pooling regional bighealth industrial resources, completing industrial chains and elevating overall industrial development. Officials shared that ahead of project commencement, the Development Zone proactively delivered frontline services through multiple indepth consultations with the enterprise. Tailored special plans were formulated covering land supply, industrial supporting facilities, technological R&D, environmental protection and safety. A dedicated service team provided fullprocess agency support to streamline approval and preconstruction procedures, laying solid groundwork for the smooth kickoff of construction. Moving forward, the Development Zone will continue implementing threetier assistance mechanisms, guarantee essential project resources, and promptly resolve obstacles during construction. It aims to create an enabling business environment where entrepreneurs can easily reach officials for consultations, engage relevant departments for deliberations, and access civilservant support for administrative matters. Firstclass services will underpin this toptier project, and a premium business ecosystem will empower worldclass enterprises.
