Putting Family Second, Fulfilling the Mission Through the Spring Festival

While families across China gathered to celebrate the Chinese New Year, Ms. Lu  volunteered to travel to Thailand to prepare for the Thailand FDA factory audit. Far from a routine inspection, this audit carried critical implications for the market access and global competitiveness of the Company’s products.

This was by no means the first time she had sacrificed family reunion for work. With her husband working away from home long-term, the Spring Festival would have been their precious opportunity to reunite as a family. Yet she resolutely chose to remain on the front lines. Her two young children would ask during every video call: “Mom, when are you coming home?”She would gently reassure them,“Once Mom finishes work here, I’ll come back and stay with you.”Heavy with guilt thought she was, she pressed forward without hesitation.

Faced with tight deadlines, stringent audit requirements, and unforeseen issues, she swiftly formed a dedicated task force, accurately interpreted regulatory requirements, optimized process management, and rigorously rectified weak links to ensure a flawless audit outcome. Thanks to her efficient coordination and targeted responses, the factory smoothly passed the Thailand FDA audit, laying a solid compliance foundation for the Company’s expansion into Southeast Asian and global markets.
