2025 Spring Festival Gathering: Full-Year Strategic Priorities Unveiled

The 2025 Spring Festival Gathering was successfully held at the Ji’an Base on February 4, 2025. Chaired by Wang Xiaoqiang, Chairman of the Board of Directors, the event brought together the Group’s senior management as well as heads of all production bases and departments to jointly map out the development blueprint for the new year. Centered on three core objectives: IPO Acceleration, Stable Production&Expanded Sales,and New Product Roll-out - the meeting rolled out targeted arrangements and concrete requirements for key work across the year.

Three Core Priorities & Six Supporting Safeguards

In his address, the Chairman emphasized three major initiatives the Group will fully advance in 2025:

1. Accelerate the IPO push to fast-track capitalization;

2.Secure stable order intake and production output for the two flagship   products: sucralose and glycine;

3.Drive mass production and market sales of three new products: isomalt, seatrose, and curcumin

To deliver these targets, the Chairman put forward six supporting measures: strengthening human resources development, optimizing capital management, strictly controlling costs and expenses, upgrading technology and quality standards, enhancing headquarters management, and improving work conduct. He specifically stressed that middle and senior managers must go deep into frontline operations to boost execution and learning capabilities.

Joint Efforts by Finance & Production Bases to Consolidate Development Foundations

Chen Lijun, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, set forth requirements from a financial perspective. She underscored the need to efficiently complete IPO supporting tasks, strengthen internal control and data security, and refine the performance appraisal system.

Each production base clarified its annual key mandates:

Ji’an Base: Prioritize safety, environmental compliance, and mass production of seatrose;

Yujiang Base: Focus on hitting full capacity targets and quality optimization;

Ge’ermu Base: Advance safety rectification and energy conservation & consumption reduction;

Indonesia & Thailand Bases: Prioritize the launch of new products including curcumin and isomalt, and support customer factory audits.

Cross-Department Collaboration to Deliver Strategic Targets

Sales Headquarters: Scale up the Jakarta office, expand participation in global exhibitions and develop new international clients;

Finance Department: Optimize financing structure and cut capital costs;

Procurement Department: Deepen supplier partnerships and mitigate price volatility of bulk raw materials;

Science & Innovation Center: Accelerate process innovation for mature products, commercialize new R&D achievements, and upgrade management systems;

Board Secretary Office: Fully drive IPO progress and intensify team training.

Balancing Globalization Strategy & Long-Term Vision

In his keynote speech, Edward Wang , Executive Director and Executive Vice President, stated that the Group shall advance its global layout while upholding long-term thinking and industrial chain security. He urged all teams to maintain a proactive mindset and guard against complacency.“Management must step out of comfort zones, fuel growth through continuous learning, and simultaneously boost revenue and cut costs,”Edward Wang noted. He added that integrity and communication skills are core competencies for managers, while corporate reputation and team development form the cornerstone of sustainable growth.

This meeting set a clear directional framework for the Group’s 2025 development and demonstrated the unified, pragmatic, and innovative resolve of all staff. Guided by the strategy of Globalization, Technology, and Lean Operation, the Group is poised to stride toward a new phase of high-quality development with renewed momentum.
