As the old year gave way to the new, subsidiaries and branches across Newtrend Group held their annual meetings in turn. Through coordinated events held in different locations, these gatherings showcased the unity and vitality within the Group, inspired all employees with fresh expectations and confidence for the year ahead, and generated tremendous momentum as the Group embarks on a new journey in 2025.

In Ji'an,Newtrend Group's Ji'an Production Base hosted a grand annual gala themed "Marching Forward Hand in Hand,Building Dreams for the Future." Hundreds of employees gathered to recognize outstanding performers and enjoy a celebratory banquet. The gala also drew distinguished guests, including leaders from the Management Committee of Jinggangshan Economic and Technological Development Zone and representatives of partner clients.

The gala opened with enthusiastic speeches from Huang Donggen, Vice President of the Group and General Manager of the Ji'an Production Base; Zuo Yue, Executive Director of the Group, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, and General Manager of the Treasury Management Department; and Long Jing, Deputy General Manager of the Group's Sales Business Headquarters. Reviewing the Ji'an Production Base's achievements over the past year amid an increasingly complex domestic and international environment, the leaders thanked all employees for their dedication and all guests for their support and trust, and encouraged Newtrend people to stay passionate, act with courage and resolve, and build on the momentum toward the Group's strategic goals.

At the recognition session that followed, the Group honored outstanding individuals and teams for their remarkable contributions in 2024. Awards presented on-site included Outstanding Team, Outstanding Manager, Outstanding Team Leader, Outstanding Staff Member and Outstanding Frontline Employee, recognizing the dedication of these role models to the Group.

The event also featured lively cultural performances and an interactive lucky draw that drew enthusiastic participation from employees. Huang Laifang of the Production Department kicked off the performances with a rendition of the song "As Wished," bringing the audience to their feet. The choruses, dances and other performances that followed drew warm applause throughout the hall. The lucky draw proved the highlight of the evening, with generous prizes putting smiles on every face.

In Shenzhen, Newtrend members said farewell to the past and lit the way to the next chapter with a splendid annual dinner. Wang Xiaoqiang, Chairman of the Board, delivered an impassioned toast, and everyone raised their glasses together to celebrate the New Year. A warm and harmonious atmosphere filled the evening, while impromptu performances and lucky draws woven throughout kept the energy running high.

At the Golmud and Yujiang production bases, Newtrend members marked the season with a variety of festive activities, joining in a shared celebration of the Spring Festival. As the holiday draws nearer, Newtrend's Indonesian and Thai production bases will hold their own annual galas. Notably, Wang Xiaoqiang, Chairman of the Board, will travel to Thailand during the Spring Festival to celebrate with employees there, putting the Newtrend spirit of "putting the collective above self" into practice — a gesture that will greatly boost the morale and cohesion of our staff on the overseas frontlines.

The old year has written a remarkable chapter; the new one calls us to reach still higher. In 2024, all employees of Newtrend Group stood firm at their posts, striving with courage and conviction and achieving both growth and recognition. Together, these precious experiences have become a truly unforgettable part of our shared journey. Looking ahead to 2025, we remain full of confidence and expectation, ready to achieve new milestones through unity and hard work and to build a bright future for Newtrend.
