The highly anticipated FBIF2025 Food & Beverage Innovation Forum (hereinafter referred to as “FBIF2025”) was held as scheduled from May 8 to 10 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. As one of Asia’s most influential industry events, FBIF2025 brought together food and beverage brands, ingredient suppliers, research institutions, and leading experts from around the world to discuss cutting-edge industry trends and innovative solutions. During the exhibition, the Xinqi’an booth (Booth No. F404, Hall 5.2) drew numerous industry clients and professional visitors who stopped by to engage in discussions. Among them was Hai Cuisu. TM - Two new products, seaweed dietary fiber and isomaltulose, have become hot topics of interest. HaiCuisu TM - As a marine‑derived functional ingredient independently developed by Xinqian’an, seaweed dietary fiber boasts a high dietary fiber content and excellent stability, making it suitable for a wide range of food applications, including yogurt, beverages, and ice cream, thereby helping Xinqian’an stay aligned with industry trends and customer needs. On-site tastings of yogurt, gummy candies, and other formulated products allowed attendees to experience firsthand their texture and functional benefits. In addition, isomaltulose, a low‑glycemic‑index (GI) and low‑calorie sugar substitute, has also won favor among customers in the confectionery, bakery, and beverage sectors.

Dr. Zhong Xudong, Group R&D Director and Dean of the Shenzhen Institute of Functional Food Innovation, delivered a presentation on site titled “Derived from Marine Algae: Haicuisu.” TM A keynote speech titled “Unlocking New Functions of Dietary Fiber.” Dr. Zhong began by examining global trends in the dietary fiber market, then delved into the unique functional value of seaweed-derived ingredients, and provided a detailed overview of HaiCuisu.
