At 9:00 a.m. on June 5 2026,The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Newtrend Group was held in the Conference Room 1 of Group’s headquarters. This is the first AGM since Newtrend listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on June 10, 2025. In strict compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Companies Ordinance, the Articles of Association and other relevant laws and regulations, Newtrend completed all scheduled agenda items of the AGM in a standardized and orderly manner.

The listing anniversary marks a milestone of great significance for the Group. Over the past year since going public, the Group has forged ahead steadily by adhering to its established five-year development plan. We have solidly delivered all project constructions, continuously refined operational management, and efficiently advanced internal organizational optimization and institutional adjustments. Remarkable phased achievements have been accomplished across all business and development fronts

On May 21, 2026, Chen Keqin, Vice President of Bank of China（BOC）Jiangxi Branch, Luo Caihong, President of BOC Ji’an Branch, Wu Shiwu, Vice President of BOC Ji’an Branch, and their entourage visited our Shenzhen Operation Headquarters for exchange activities. Mr.Edward Wang, Vice President and Executive Director of Newtrend, extended a warm reception and accompanied the delegation on a tour of our R&D Center and office areas.
